This product differs from 140–180℃ low-temperature water-based glass baking paint: after application, it requires three major processes: pre-drying and dehydration, medium-temperature carbon removal, and high-temperature melting and sintering at 630–720℃. The internal glass powder melts at high temperature and undergoes fusion chemical bonding with the glass substrate, forming an integrated inorganic enamel layer that is permanently adhered and does not peel off.
