Elevator Control Panels and Buttons: Prints clear and accurate symbols, numbers, and borders, ensuring uniform backlight transmission for easy user identification. The resulting coating offers exceptional resistance to fingernail scratches and pressure, maintaining a pristine appearance for extended periods.
Functional and Decorative Glass Windows: Creates private spaces by embedding brand logos or elegant patterns between glass layers, adding unique brand recognition and design appeal while maintaining a sense of openness.
Glass Handrails and Decorative Panels: Provides these components with a durable decorative surface. Its excellent adhesion effectively resists wear and tear from daily cleaning and physical contact.
The ink layer on tempered glass treated with this product is integrated into the glass itself, resulting in permanent high hardness, high scratch resistance, and excellent chemical stability.
As a modern, environmentally friendly ink, its water-based formulation offers several strategic advantages:
Environmentally Friendly and Healthy: VOC emissions are virtually zero, fundamentally eliminating pungent odors in production workshops, creating a safer and healthier working environment for operators, and helping elevator manufacturers meet increasingly stringent global environmental regulations.
Superior Printing Performance: When used with screen printing machines, it exhibits excellent leveling and dot repeatability, enabling the printing of high-precision patterns with sharp edges and no jagged edges, significantly improving the visual effect of control panels and product yield.
Easy and Economical Operation: After use, the screen printing machine squeegee and blade only need to be thoroughly cleaned with water, significantly saving solvent costs and cleaning time, thereby improving overall production efficiency.
For optimal performance, we recommend the following process parameters:
Printing Equipment: Suitable for various high-precision screen printing machines.
Screen printing: 150-350 mesh
Squeegee hardness: 60-85T
Wet film thickness: 10-30μm
Curing process: After printing, the glass parts need to be placed in a tunnel oven for heat treatment. The recommended process is: first, dry at 150-180℃ for 5-10 minutes to remove moisture, then temper at 680-720℃. This process allows the ink to react with the glass surface, forming a hard, durable, and stable coating.
