Water-Based Oven Glass Screen Printing Ink

Water-based high-temperature oven glass ink is an environmentally friendly water-based inorganic high-temperature sintering ink specifically developed for oven viewing windows, heat-resistant appliance glass, and high-temperature tempered glass. It uses water-based inorganic resin, high-temperature resistant mineral pigments, and low-melting-point glass frit as its main components, and pure water as the diluent. It does not contain benzene, ketones, or other organic solvents or harmful heavy metals. After being tempered and sintered at 620–780℃, the ink achieves molecular-level eutectic bonding with the glass substrate, forming a dense glaze coating that is high-temperature resistant, thermal shock resistant, oil-resistant, and easy to clean. Designed specifically for the harsh conditions of oven door glass, including long-term high temperatures, rapid temperature changes, and oil stain cleaning, it possesses core characteristics such as environmental safety, smooth printing, long-lasting color, and high-temperature resistance without discoloration, making it an ideal choice for high-end printing on appliance glass.

Primary colors such as black, white, and gray show no color difference or fading after sintering, resulting in high appearance consistency.
