UV Hot Stamping Varnish
Products Description
This series of UV glass bottle hot stamping varnishes is a transparent functional base oil specifically for UV curing. It is compatible with screen printing processes and belongs to the category of high-end functional varnishes for screen printing inks. It is specially developed for hot stamping processes on sodium calcium silicate glass bottles used for liquor, red wine, fruit wine, aromatherapy, and cosmetics. Unlike high-temperature glass ink and water-based ink systems, it relies on UV light for instant cross-linking and film formation, providing a stable substrate for hot stamping adhesion.

The product is formulated with polyurethane acrylate, epoxy acrylate oligomer, special hot stamping adhesion monomer, glass adhesion aid, and photoinitiator. It is available in two main models: LED low-temperature UV hot stamping varnish and UV + heat dual-curing hot stamping varnish. After printing, it is cured by UV lamp in a few seconds. The surface can be directly hot-stamped/cold-stamped with electroplated aluminum, laser gold, matte gold, and iridescent hot stamping layers. The foil peels off cleanly, without any missed spots or gold peeling, meeting the mass production needs of high-end hot stamping decoration for wine and cosmetic glass bottles. It complies with RoHS and REACH food contact packaging environmental standards.

UV primer for glass bottle, glass stample UV varnish, and UV printing ink gold are essential components in the modern glass decoration industry. These products offer a high-quality solution for enhancing the appearance and durability of glass bottles, making them ideal for a wide range of applications including beverage packaging, cosmetic containers, and more. With their advanced formulation, these materials provide excellent adhesion, vibrant color retention, and resistance to abrasion, ensuring that the final product looks professional and lasts long.

The UV primer for glass bottle is specifically designed to prepare the surface of glass bottles for subsequent coatings. It ensures that the UV varnish or ink adheres properly, preventing peeling or flaking over time. This primer is compatible with various types of glass, including soda-lime and borosilicate, and can be applied using different methods such as spraying, brushing, or dipping. Its fast curing time under ultraviolet light makes it an efficient choice for production lines looking to increase output without compromising quality.

Glass stample UV varnish is another key element in the glass decoration process. This varnish provides a glossy finish that enhances the visual appeal of the printed design. It is formulated to work seamlessly with UV printing ink gold, offering a smooth and even layer that protects the underlying graphics from fading or scratching. The varnish also improves the overall aesthetics of the glass bottle by adding depth and shine, making it a popular choice among manufacturers who want to create eye-catching products.

UV printing ink gold is a specialized ink used to add metallic gold effects to glass surfaces. This ink is highly pigmented and offers a rich, lustrous finish that stands out against the transparent or colored background of the glass. It is suitable for use on both flat and curved surfaces, and its quick-drying properties make it ideal for high-speed printing operations. The ink is also resistant to UV degradation, ensuring that the gold color remains vibrant even after prolonged exposure to sunlight.

When combined, these three products create a complete solution for glass bottle decoration. The UV primer ensures proper adhesion, the UV varnish adds a protective and decorative layer, and the gold ink delivers a striking visual effect. Together, they form a durable and visually appealing finish that meets the demands of today's market. Whether you're producing luxury cosmetics, premium beverages, or custom promotional items, this combination offers a reliable and cost-effective way to elevate your product's appearance.
