This series of water-based cosmetic glass bottle inks is a two-component, low-temperature baking, environmentally friendly screen printing ink formulated with modified water-based acrylic resin as the main body, combined with special silane coupling agents, cosmetic-grade inorganic pigments, environmentally friendly functional additives, and matching water-based isocyanate curing agents. Using deionized water as the main diluent, it is specially designed for printing on cosmetic glass packaging materials such as perfume bottles, essence bottles, lotion bottles, cream bottles, and color cosmetic refill glass bottles. It is compatible with various substrates including transparent glass, frosted glass, spray-painted glaze glass, and electroplated glass, and can meet the requirements of screen printing, roller printing, and other printing processes. It is a low-VOC environmentally friendly printing material that can replace traditional solvent-based glass inks.
