2.What is the processing temperature of glass ink?
2.1 High temperature glass ink
Also called high temperature toughened glass ink.
The sintering temperature is 720-850℃, and after high temperature tempering, the ink and glass are firmly fused together. Widely used in building curtain wall, automobile glass, home appliance glass, etc.

2.2 Toughened glass ink
Tempered Glass Ink is strengthened by instant baking at high temperature of 680℃-720℃ and instant cooling, so that the glass pigment and glass body are fused into a whole, and the color adhesion and durability are realized. The lustered and strengthened glass is rich in color, strong and safe in glass structure, and has certain resistance to atmospheric corrosion, good corrosion resistance and hiding power.

2.3 Glass decoration firing Ink
High temperature baking, sintering temperature is about 500℃. Widely used in glass, ceramics, sports equipment and other industries.
2.4 Low temperature glass ink
Gravure printing ink and color crystal printing ink have good adhesion and strong solvent resistance after baking at 100-150℃ for 15 minutes.
2.5 Ordinary glass ink
Natural drying, surface drying time is about 30 minutes, and complete drying is actually about 18 hours. Suitable for all kinds of glass and polyester printing in self-adhesive paper.
